The third tab in the dashboard shows you all the maps which have been created by your colleagues. They would only have to save the project and you can continue working on their map immediately after importing it into your own dashboard. This may be extremely helpful in case more people are working at different times on one project and they didn’t share the map. Bear in mind that the original project won’t be changed, and you basically work on a copy of the map.
